Vannak was born from a rural village during civil war in Kompong Speu Province and he is one of the 2 people who can get master degree from his commune. After graduated in 2003 Vannak worked for few local and international tourism companies, then moved to work for development agencies such as World Bank and SNV (Netherlands Development Organization). Vannak got both business and development experience, and now he is running a business that can contribute to society.

Choeu is a successful person for his career. He came from a rural area south of Kandal province. He has been working as director of PR and Marketing for more than 8 years for one of the leading university, after that he has been promoted to be director of the university campus in several provincial branches and then the dean of Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality for 2 years. During his job at university, Choeu was one of the marketing trainers with his academic ranking as assistant professor. After 11 years working for Build Bright University, he changed his career path to media industry and working as sales & marketing manager, sale directors for TV channels and media companies for 9 years. Choeu holds BBA from National Institute of Management and Master of Tourism from Build Bright University.

Sotheavy is one of the few women who was allowed by her family to move from the rural village to attend university in the Capital City of Phnom Penh. She started her career with Nileda as accounting executive and was then promoted to accounting manager in 2015. Sotheavy is currently being trained to become our financial controller. Sotheavy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing and taxation from Vanda Institute of Accounting.

Nhanh was born in a farmer family and grew up in the flooded area in Kompong Cham Province. He has been helping farmers in Cambodia since 2013 by working as an extension worker with local NGOs. Nhanh joined Nileda in 2019 and is currently taking charge of managing sales team in the South East of Cambodia. Nhanh holds a bachelor’s degree of Agronomy from Royal University of Agriculture.

Sarith join Nileda in 2019 as Regional Business Manager. In addition to looking after the sales, Sarith also takes charge of educating targeted farmers on modern agricultural technique around Tonle Sap Lake. Sarith holds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy from MVU.

Ortdam used to work for one of the leading agriculture input supply companies for 6 years before joining Nileda in 2019 as Regional Business Manager. Ortdam is competent in market development and knows how to work closely with farmers, wholesalers and retailers. He is taking care of the sales team in North East of Cambodia. Ortdam holds a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Royal University of Agriculture.
