Vannak was born from a rural village during civil war in Kompong Speu Province and he is one of the 2 people who can get master degree from his commune. After graduated in 2003 Vannak worked for few local and international tourism companies, then moved to work for development agencies such as World Bank and SNV (Netherlands Development Organization). Vannak got both business and development experience, and now he is running a business that can contribute to society.

Choeu has over 20 years of experience in the Education and Media sector. Choeu’s 11-year stint in Education includes positions as a director of PR and Marketing in a leading reputable university in Cambodia in which he was promoted to be the Director of the university for several campuses and subsequently the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality. His tenure in education also included roles as an assistant professor and lecturer for marketing-related subjects. Choeu transitioned his career to the media industry as a Sales & Marketing manager, Sales Director for multiple broadcasting channels and media companies for 9 years. Choeu holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management and a Master in Tourism from Build Bright University.

Sotheavy is one of the few women who was allowed by her family to move from the rural village to attend university in the Capital City of Phnom Penh. She started her career with Nileda as accounting executive and was then promoted to accounting manager in 2015. Sotheavy is currently being trained to become our financial controller. Sotheavy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing and taxation from Vanda Institute of Accounting.

Sarith join Nileda in 2019 as Regional Business Manager. He then promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in early 2021. He is good at promotion campaign, product development and competitor analysis. In addition to looking after the sales, Sarith also takes charge of educating targeted farmers on modern agricultural technique around Tonle Sap Lake. Sarithholds a bachelor’s degree in agronomy from MVU.

Chhay joined Nileda in 2019 as Regional Business Manager. He graduated bachelor degree of Agronomy from Royal University of Agriculture and started his agriculture career in 2012 as a farm supervisor. After that he became a Field Promoter, sales and Technical and then Area Sales Manager for a few agricultural input supply companies for 5 years.

Vesang joined Nileda in May 2025 as a Fertilizer Regional Business Manager, and then he promoted as Regional Crops Protection Business Manager in October 2025. He started his agricultural career in 2016 after he graduated bachelor degree in Agronomy from CHEA SIM CHAMCHAYMEAR University in 2015. He is now taking care of the sales team in North West of Cambodia.

Channeng joined Nileda in 2021 as Sales & Technical Executive. He then promoted  to Regional Business Manager in early 2026. He graduated bachelor degree of Agronomy from Royal University of Agriculture and started his agriculture career in 2019 as a Field Promoter ,a Sales & Technical, then a senior Sales and Technical for 5 years.

Pengsrin joined Nileda in January 2026 as Regional Business Manager. He graduated bachelor  degree of Agronomy from Kampong Cham National School of Agriculture. He joined the agricultural sector in 2004 with technical expertise in rubber and cashew plantation. He has 21 years of experience in agricultural sector.

Thy used to work as a Vegetable Production Technician, and Sales Supervisor for one of the leading international seeds supply companies for 7 years before joining Nileda in 2022 as Seed Business Manager. Thy holds a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Chea Sim University of Kamchaymea in 2010.

Nora is an agribusiness professional with over 15 years of experience in agricultural value chain development, seed business management, and market systems in Cambodia. As National Business Manager for Seeds at Nileda Group, he leads market development, sourcing, and commercialization of vegetable and rice seed products, working closely with farmers, cooperatives, and industry partners.

Nora has extensive experience in supply chain management, strategic sales, and strengthening market linkages, successfully expanding seed market penetration and supporting SME growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Science from the Royal University of Agriculture and a Master’s degree in Animal Production, Environment, Hygiene and Quality from François Rabelais University of Tours, France.
